My husband sent me flowers for my birthday which were beautiful but I realized the vase was leaking, the staff went above & beyond to not only replace that vase, but also the one after that ended up having a hairline crack on the side! Their generosity and amazing customer service seriously blew me away!💗 Originally I felt like such an inconvenience, because I honestly just wanted to know if there was a way to stop the leak since it was slow and from the bottom, but they insisted on replacing it with a brand new arrangement! The lady i spoke with was so kind, sweet & apologetic about everything, I wish I would've gotten her name to thank her for making sure I got a vase without leaks!💕 The last delivery lady even waited to make sure it wasn't going to leak this time after I sat it on my desk and did a wipe test🥲💖 if you're gonna get your lady flowers, definitely go through them!💕 I have never received such flawless customer service before like this! 10/10 definitely recommend, plus the arrangements are gorgeous!!
