Edible Arrangements

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Christmas to be delivered to my aunt who is 92 years old! I was so embarrassed with what she received! The leaves were brown the strawberries were bad & the chocolate was supposed to have red & green stripes around them but they didn’t have them! I’ve called several times & the sweet girl that answered the phone said she has sent the owner a couple of messages but no one has gotten back with me! I need a complete refund due to the embarrassment of this order! Such an embarrassment!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements. My order was never delivered as promised, and there was zero communication letting me know there would be a delay. This was a time-sensitive gift, and because it wasn’t delivered, it completely ruined the surprise and the occasion. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real solution. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to make it right beyond generic apologies. For a company that specializes in special occasions, reliability should be the bare minimum. I paid for a service that was not delivered, and the lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again and would not recommend them based on this experience.

HORRIBLE! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries with 2 balloon bundles. I waited all day to get the order! So I checked the tracking and it said delivered. So I called the store MULTIPLE times until I got an answer. I asked the lady about my order and she said the driver attempted to deliver it but brought it back to the store. Mind you I have security cameras so no one came to my home. So she said she was sending someone else out. Get the order and there’s only ONE bundle of balloons and they are half way deflated. If I can give them 0 stars I would. Do not order from this location.

I am disappointed in the customer service demonstrated today. An edible arrangement was left at my door at 12:25pm with no knock or ring of the doorbell. Because of this behavior or lack thereof, I didn’t get the arrangement until after 3:30pm (more than three hours later) when my kid was getting off the bus, although I was in my home at the time of delivery! The arrangement did happen to be inside a sealed bag, but there was no ice to keep it cool in this 90+ degree weather. In the past there has been a knock, doorbell ring, or at least a phone call to ensure the gift is received. Please update employee procedures. Respectfully.

When I say great customer service still exists....I mean it! Despite the busy day, Mr. Ryant Piper ensured my edible arrangement was personally delivered to my boss on boss's day. He was very pleasant to speak with each time I inquired on the status of my order. Without a request, he even upgraded my order in the process due to the delay of the one (1) hour delivery and called my boss to coordinate the location and time under the circumstances. That's going the extra mile! Much appreciated, Piper Family.
