Came in for floral for a funeral. The associate was patient with my mom who’s grieving along with hard of hearing. She was helpful in finding what my mom was looking for and got it taken care of
The arrangements are always fresh, and the manager - Angela - is an absolute treasure. I requested a dynamic and unique silk flower arrangement for my mother, and she pulled through with what can only be called an sculptural masterpiece. I wouldn't want my flowers arranged by anyone else!
Oh my Goodness! My little daughter who is a landscape architecture senior got an arrangement sent to her at the Design building on her 21st birthday.. she said she saw it coming in and thought it was an arrangement made especially for the Art and Design building! If thats not a testimony of the quality of the talent at Heroman's, I dont know what is. The ordering process was about 5 minutes AND it was for same day delivery. I couldn't be Happier and my daughter said it was perfect. Thank you so much for bringing a little light to her day. It meant everything!
Update - I was contacted by the owner who was very apologetic and voluntarily compensated my son for this. I do believe this was out of the norm and will be handled by management - We have used Heroman's many times and usually have good service. This weekend that was not the case. I ordered a corsage to be ready for noon. When my son arrived at 12:15, it was not ready and he was told to return at 2 (they are supposed to close at 2). He returned at 2 and waited over 1 hour for the corsage. I understand they were very busy, but this corsage could have been made a day ahead of time. I expect better planning and service from a full-service florist. I called to speak to a manager, but they have not returned my call.
