Great customer service and beautiful flowers. I work as a manager out of state, but was able to send my staff some arrangements. I wish I could remember the name of the sweet lady that helped me get these ordered, because she was great. Delivery was awesome too!
The roses are pretty but what a sad looking arrangement. Look at the photo. I would expect a little more from professional florist.
Villere’s Florist and their staff were so gracious with their time and talent to produce flowers for my step-father’s celebration of life that was occurring a few days after our visit. They were able to take a design we saw in their viewing book and transform it with colors we selected. The finished products were absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we needed for his ceremony.
I ordered an arrangement online with at least 15 flowers + greenery included in the photo. Of the 3 size options, I chose the biggest “Premium”. The process was easy, the delivery was timely, there was no fuss. The arrangement, however, was far less than advertised. The arrangement delivered was beautiful and appreciated, but sizably less lush than what I purchased. I am ordering from out of state, so I cannot speak on the customer service. But I am disappointed with the quality vs online advertising.
