Even through the aftermath of Hurricane IDA, Lady Di Florist did an amazingly beautiful job on my funeral spray arrangement. Her and her team delivered impeccable customer service. I live out of state. When she finished the floral arrangement. She sent me a picture. She went above and beyond to satisfy her customer. The experience was excellent! I called earlier today with a last minute order for a breast cancer bouquet. They were sweet and very helpful when I placed my order, and the bouquet turned out beautifully. When I picked up my order the ladies were so sincere and concerned for the person I bought them for.. asking if she was ok and praised God when I said yes this was a reconstructive surgery. After my aunt ordered an arrangement from another florist that never showed up and had a bunch of reasons why, she decided to call Lady Di! What Lady Di created is the most gorgeous masterpiece.
