5 stars for a 5 star florist. Mrs. Charlene created an out of this world arrangement that was placed on my brothers casket. It seemed at though she knew exactly what I wanted. Absolutely beautiful and a very sweet lady.
I had the most wonderful experience with Charlene. I called at the last minute asking for a specific flower. She did not have that but offered something similar. I went by to look at it first and the substitute was gorgeous. As we were talking, I would add to the beautiful arrangement she was making right in front of me for my sister who was being sent home for hospice care. We shared stories and very similar experiences with our sisters. Hers, who she sadly lost and was very dear to her and mine now who was being sent home with hours to days left. Her pricing.....well let's just say she was EXTREMELY generous and kind. When Melanie saw the floral arrangement, she cried, they are BEAUTIFUL! Jumping for Joy, that was 2 days ago, and I am sitting with my sister who is getting better. Our God is a big God. To him all the Glory.
