I live an hour and 15 minutes from the establishment I ordered a dozen white cover strawberries hoping to pick it up on my way out, I purchased online and then get to the store early and see this sign, I then wait till the time posted and still no one there. I take a photo at 3:49. I wait an additional 5 minutes, now 3:54, still no sign.
I came in to pick up a rewards at their location and all of the employees were absolutely amazing! I had some technical difficulties on my end and the manager had to come out and help and she was super helpful and understanding about the situation! Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be ordering from them soon!
We are from out of state and ordered this arrangement for a colleague of ours. When there was an issue with the delivery the owner of the shop herself hand delivered this beautiful arrangement for us. Our friends loved it! My step dad was admitted to the hospital with heart issues. I live an hour and a half away from where he was. I wanted to send him something to lift his broken spirit. Not traditional flowers or something that would go to waste. I thought about an edible arrangement. The ordering process online was very easy. The delivery was within a couple hours. The packaging was fantastic. He said the fruit was delicious. Receiving this sweet surprise almost brought him to tears. Thank you for helping me brighten his day and making him smile.
My significant other purchased this for me for Valentine’s Day unknowingly this is what I’d be presented with. In no way is this his fault as he was just trying to do something nice for me. This is so sloppy and lazy and for $50, one would expect something much nicer. Or at least the strawberries to be completely covered. I had a friend make him a similar concept and he got triple the amount of treats, much nicer presentation, and was much cheaper. I would not recommend Edible Arrangements at all and you’re much better off purchasing from a small business. The first picture is from Edible Arrangements and the second is what my friend made.
