Becky Tolar was unbelievably helpful. She made, what could have been an arduous experience, seem fun. The whole process of picking and pricing went very smoothly. Becky seemed more like an advocate than just a salesperson.
This is absolutely the most outstanding company to get fresh flowers, silks, ribbon and potted plants. The customer service is amazing and always helpful. Anything you need for an arrangement you can find here. Next time you have any event, stop by Carlstedt's and it also won't be your last.

Went to get roses for my aunt for my cousins funeral. The staff were so nice and wrapped my roses so beautifully!! Plus the amount of flowers they have are so beautiful.
My friend and I stopped by to view their fall options this week. Upon entering the store we were not greeted nor offered assistance. There were several employees in the store so a lack of help wasn't the issue. I approached the counter to ask a question and the man at the counter looks up and continues with his task. I said, "Excuse me" and proceeded to ask about a plant. The answer was short and dismissive. At that moment I knew my presence and purchase was not wanted. I left immediately. It's good to know where Carlstedt's stands with my kind. Thank you!
