I ordered a casket spray and a large heart bouquet for my mom's funeral a week before the funeral from FTD. Three hours before visitation, I received a number of emails, phone calls, and texts that all of my mom's flowers were cancelled. I was devastated. I called and explained my situation and although the visitation and funeral was in another city, House of Flowers staff prepared the most beautiful casket spray I've ever seen and delivered it on time at visitation.
