Edible Arrangements

I have used the Youree Drive store a few times to send fruit platters. This time my order was complicated—three different locations and a few extra details. Steven Baker was patient and got it all done easily, professionally and patiently. I hope management knows what an asset he is to clients far away. Thank You Steven 🙏🙏

I told my husband i wanted chocolate covered strawberries for valentines. He went to edible arrangements because I called and a sweet lady told me they could put some strawberries in the box in a few minutes. When my husband got there he was told he would have to leave and come back later to get it by some man that worked there unless he got something that was already made. Needless to say he couldn't come back later and that was not what the lady told use over the phone. For 8 pineapples cut into heart shapes and maybe 20 strawberries and only half was dipped in chocolate he was charged $135. And the strawberries we extremely small. I understand the time and supplies but this was ridiculous.

We got Dubui Chocolate Cups and they were so good! It was very quick and the people were very nice!! Will be coming back!!

I had a delivery that was not delivered at the time I specified. I called the store to see why and the sales rep was not very sympathetic. I was ready to be done with Edible Arrangements all together until the owner called me personally, apologized and offered to make things right for me. I don’t need anything to make things right, just the mere fact that the owner took the time to call me to make things right was enough for me. Thank you.

The male manager was rude. I asked for a dipped cup. He never asked me which one I wanted. I just took what he gave me because I came a long way. I will not be back.
