Ordered flowers for a funeral I could not attend due to being out of state. I received no pictures of the flowers and had left my cell number upon ordering. I paid $103 for something I never saw...not great business practices especially because their website states they take photos. I received an email stating the delivery was on the way at 11:02 and I called at 11:03 and the lady said the flowers were dropped off really fast and they got no pictures also had no time to add my name to the card. I got called back minutes later by a different person who said they would call the funeral home to let them know the flowers were from me. Not too sure if they did that...Shreveport is big I think next time I will look around more.
