Ordered a wristlet for my daughter's prom. Pictures are what I ordered and what I received. They did call and say they couldn't get lavender roses and could do a different color which was disappointing but I went with it. But for almost $60 you be the judge. Looks nothing like what I ordered AT ALL! And on top of that the bracelet that goes on the wrist doesn't hold tight . So I am sure it's not gonna stay in place on her wrist. My daughter has been waiting years for her prom and corsage. How disappointing.

We wanted greens & whites with accents of silver. We ordered a bride & bridesmaid bouquet, a centerpiece and 2 boutonnieres. They were absolutely beautiful & super fresh and we are still enjoying them nearly a week later!!

Spent $92 on a anniversary bouquet, what my wife received was laughable. I could go and buy the same thing from just about any gas station for under $20. The bouquet itself was $62, for that amount of money one would expect it to be more then something that could easily fit in one hand. I was embarrassed to tell my wife how much I paid for it, when I did she called immediately and was treated very rudely by the employee. She was told they make it to an exact specification, but as you can see from the measurements, it does not match up too what was advertised on the website for the premium up charge, which showed a height of a minimum of 12 inches, and a width of 12.5 inches, neither dimension was even close. I would contest the credit card purchase if I had the time, however hopefully this review will save someone from using a provider that cares so little about their customers satisfaction.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My mother-in-law passed on a Thursday and I went online an ordered $380 dollars worth of flowers. On Monday, I get a call from them to tell me they cannot fill the order by the services on Tuesday, due to the color selection, then rather than tell me what they can do to rectify the situation mom, the lady tells me I should’ve ordered the flowers sooner! I asked her why the website does not inform consumers when flowers will need to be specially ordered she told me she did not know. I cancelled my order solely due to her telling me I should have ordered sooner, really, sorry I did not make better plans for by the loss of my loved one! I went to another l local shop and they were so empathy and were able to fill my order almost exactly as I ordered here. Thank you Blais Flower Shop for making it happen and doing it so ever so gracefully ❤️
