Bangor Floral

I love Bangor Floral - their work is incredible. Sending flowers is a bit of a financial commitment - with Bangor Floral, I know the arrangements are just outstanding. Each one is always packed with gorgeous blooms, and are incredibly well designed. I recently sent flowers as a thank you and the recipient immediately sent a photo to show me just how beautiful they were. (and they were !) I have seen their work at weddings, community functions and most recently at a memorial service where the flowers were so perfect that I knew immediately they had come from Bangor Floral. This shop is the best of the best !

We just went here. 3/2/26 They are super nice, the woman inside helped me with a basket for my daughter who just had a baby, and a balloon. The basket is above and beyond. Just a great experience, as a walk-in you couldn't ask for better help

10/21 Really disappointed.. I’ve seen this shop for a while now and thought it looked absolutely beautiful. I told myself I HAD to prioritize time to stop in. I finally get the time today, and it was a waste.. I felt like a ghost. No one talked to me, I did not feel welcomed, I just got a few side eye glances from the staff who were mostly making floral arrangements. Some of the plants are withering away to nothing, I saw shallow bowl/pot where 1 of the 3 succulents was completely out of the soil, dried up, and dead for $60.. there’s barely enough space to walk thru, I could never take my plus size mother here who also enjoys plants. It also appears there is another side to the shop that is not open?… idk what’s going on there.. 10/22 Hi Joesph! I went back to your shop today but was told you’re unfortunately not there on Wednesdays. :( But I want to assure you I didn’t speak to anyone yesterday in your store, and I was also alone, not with a friend. Funny you mistaken me for someone else after saying I felt like a ghost, you still couldn’t pick me out. But I was happy to see your staff found that dead succulent and replaced it with a beautiful new one, you know the one on the left side of your store when you enter, the first plant display on the table after you pass the beetle display. In that shallow bowl/pot with the small cactus. I also got an opportunity to speak to one of your staff this time, an older gentleman, he was VERY helpful. Although unable to identify the big beautiful plant in your front corner, which I believe is an alocasia, maybe a black velvet? Really just truly beautiful. But maybe I’m wrong, but your staff certainly had no idea. I’d love to get some clarification on that and price? I would love to add that to my collection at home. When I asked him how much the ficus was, I was quickly corrected with “oh that’s not a ficus, that’s a rubber plant”. Thanks so much for that. :) For the space you utilize next door, I appreciate you clarifying that. The sign on the door saying “please use other entrance” was unclear, like I could access that space to shop if I used the other entrance, but I guess that was my mistake. I’m sure your staff is great at picking flowers and arranging them, I’ve seen some of the work, it’s great, but your staff has no clue what plants are out front. I went there for the rooted plants, that take time and patience. Not the picked flowers you sell for weddings and funerals.

Amazing service. Perfect flowers and very quick and easy. Got to chose custom flowers as well as the ribbon. Super cheap considering the quality and quantity of my bouquet. The man( didn’t ask his name) was very informative and helpful. This shop made my girlfriend very happy and I, thankful. Great job.

I recently sent my long distance girlfriend some flowers after a stressful weekend at work. She is super busy and is home at weird times. Bangor floral delivered and left the flowers outside the door like I requested and unfortunately someone stole them and my girlfriend never got the flowers. I called heather the next morning just to confirm that they were sent and I told her that she never received the flowers. And heather was very upset and was nice enough to resend flowers with no extra charge. I appreciate the concern Heather and the staff have for their customers. They really do care and make beautiful arrangements. If you are looking for beautiful bouquets in the Bangor area. I highly recommend Bangor Floral. I have used them twice now and have had a great experience with them. Thanks again!
