I just want to give a huge Thank you to Chapel Hill Floral for providing a beautiful bouquet and delivering to my Mother who spent several day in hospital then rehab before and over Christmas. The lady I ordered from ended up delivering it personally to my Mom’s room on her way home as roads were bad and delivery van had come back. How’s that for service Then I called to order something else for her a few weeks later just a day or so before Christmas and although they couldn’t take any more arrangement orders I was able to order a Christmas Cactus, a pretty electric candle and some chocolates delivered Christmas Eve. That candle gave my Mom and her roommate some peace that night! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️
My husband and I live in Seattle, WA, and we have ordered flowers and their candy twice for our daughter and our son in law live up there, in Bangor, Maine. The flowers, balloons, cards, and candy have been wonderful from here at Chapel Hill Floral. Our daughter always loves everything we send from here, and they’re so polite and nice to order from on the phone! This place has my business when it comes to placing orders for flowers and candy! Rachel was such a pleasure to work with. After scouring and researching florists in the Bangor area, I decided to go with Chapel Hill for many reasons. The main reason... money. Chapel Hill is 27% cheaper than the others and when you are ordering a large amount of flowers that can save you hundreds. Highly recommended by area residents as well as businesses. Third, phone manners were impeccable and almost unheard of in today's time. Fast Forward to going in to order flowers. I felt like I was working with my best friend. Rachel listened, understood, suggested, and helped me decide what was best AND IT DIDN'T BREAK THE BANK! The shop itself has the cutest collections of gifts, flowers, and fltruffle my kids love. We were going to be in town for a memorial service, coming in from out of state ...and needed an arrangement to take with us to a remote area in Maine. Our hotel recommend this florist. We called and described what we had in mind... they were so cordial, friendly and accommodating... even delivering the GORGEOUS arrangement to our hotel on the designated day. We were absolutely thrilled with it and so proud to be able to honor our loved one with this beautiful arrangement. I would highly recommend. It was certainly money well spent.
