Walked in today to LOOK at flowers for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. I realize Saturday is Valentine’s Day and they were super busy. All we wanted to do was look. We were looking at some of the arrangements and were abruptly told “oh no no! You can’t look at those those aren’t for sale”. He then told us to go talk to the woman at the counter to talk about wedding flowers. She was short with us and said “I don’t have time to meet with you now, I’m too busy this is our Super Bowl week”. We were not there to schedule an appointment. We were not there to take up anyone’s time. We were there to look at flowers to see what my daughter might want in her wedding flowers. When the employee asked if we wanted to make an appointment to come back we declined. The flowers that we were able to see on our walk through one side of the store were beautiful, but customer service is everything.
Amazing customer service and original bouquets. This company truly listened to every word I said (and didn't say) during our call today. Lougee & Frederick's designed an original, artistic bouquet for my mother, while incorporating her favorite colors, as requested. Thanks so much to Lougee & Frederick's for making my day. 100 stars! These are the flowers I ordered for my mom’s memorial service. That was 9! days ago. Several roses are still blooming and 95% of the flowers are still lovely. Whole-heartedly recommend Lougee & Frederick!
The staff are so kind and thoughtful, and so incredibly talented. This is the only florist we use! They made the most beautiful bouquet for my F-I-L after he passed. We did not give them much notice and they were able to create this beautiful arrangement with what they had in stock. It was exactly what we wanted.
