Kohl's

I would have shared this review directly by phone with owner but was unable to access the name of the store manager. I purchased 5 items one week ago. There was a great deal of pressure to open a charge account with the lure of a 40% discount on the purchase. I did not accept this “instant” credit card option. When I got home I found that a security device had not been removed. It did not beep when I left the store. I am 35 minutes away from Kohls. Several days later with receipt in hand I returned. The service rep was remote. She removed the plastic device with no comment or smile. I explained pleasantly that this took 70 minutes out of my day and asked if she could as a courtesy extend a coupon to me for this inconvenience. “No” she said. “ Sorry about that” which was no apology at all. Rude and not a person who you would want to represent customer service. Very disappointed.

I love kohls bc I love sephora! Can't ever get out! Some of the older cashiers are kinda snobby but over all great.

I absolutely love khloe's in Biddeford. Since they remodeled the store it's always very clean, staff friendly, and they have a great selection. They always have a amazing clearance section in each department and I'm always finding amazing deals. They now do Amazon returns. Their staff always really friendly and willing to help

We don't usually shop here, but I have to say that every time we do shop, I am impressed of how clean and organized the store is. The only issue I had was that when I needed help, there was no one around. I literally had to walk around to look for help. Once I found someone, she was very helpful and friendly. Yes, I understand that a lot of businesses are short handed, that is why I did not hold this against them. Plenty of free parking and the restrooms were clean!

I like this store and it’s a fairly good place to find the items of clothing I’m looking for. However was there 8/12/25 around 6:30 and an associate named Nathalie was working the front register. I have never seen an employee so completely rude and unprofessional! Like I said, I like the store and probably will go back, but if Nathalie is working I’m leaving. She doesn’t belong in any kind of customer service with an attitude like that and it completely ruins the positive image I’ve always had for Kohls.
