This is easily the best organized Michael's I've been to. In fact, even though another Michael's is more convenient, it's worth the drive to shop at this one in Biddeford. It's clean. The aisles are nice and wide. The store is well organized and items are clearly labeled. The staff are tremendously helpful, and fun to chat with. Even at the front registers, the staff are happy, smiling, and make sure I found what I needed... and wish me a good day. Though this is obviously a chain store, it's managed with a very local, hometown feeling to it. I actually look forward to visiting it. I've shopped at Michael's in many states, but this one is - without a doubt - the very best I've been to. If you're an artist, crafts enthusiast, or shopping for related supplies, I recommend this store. If I had the option to give it more than five stars, I would.
This is my first time going to a Michael's. The store had a large supply of anything Art supplies. I was looking for prizms at the time and was unable to find them in this location. I inquired about them with one of their friendly staff and was told that this is one of Michael's smallest locations and that not all stores carry them. Then she told me that in the future, Look at Michael's Website and find the product that I'm looking for, look for the SKU # on the bottom, type it in the computer and that it will tell you at what location that you could find that product. I rated it a 4 star only because it wasn't at the Biddeford Location. Nice Store.
Hope was so helpful and gentle with inflating the balloons I purchased. She was very personable and accommodating to which balloons I wanted to be together and with assisting me in choosing the right ones! Thank you to her for everything; my family enjoyed the balloons!

Stopped by at this store because I was searching for one item. I looked for this item at 2 Walmart stores to no avail. As we were heading home, it occurred to me that this particular item may just be available at Michael's. Sure enough, it was! At first I had a hard time finding it, so I asked for help. A friendly associate took me right to the item I was looking for. Checking out was a breeze, because they have, if I'm not mistaken, four self checkout registers.
