The flowers were vibrant and beautiful offering both in store pick up or delivery. The lady running the shop is friendly and wants to make you a happy customer. My wife was really happy with the flowers, so I can't ask for more than that.
The flowers were not fresh when they finally arrived. I ordered a week ahead. I called at noon on the day they were supposed to be delivered because I was surprised the bouquet had not arrived yet. Was told they would be there with the hour or so. Then she started to tell me she just received the flowers and they had to be prepped and placed in the cooler for a while. Flowers finally arrived at 2:15pm. The recipient was delighted. I was horrified that the roses looked old and wrinkled. Not the business they used to be.
I wasn’t home when they delivered my flowers so they came back later, I wasn’t home again and he happily waited 10 minutes until I arrived so the flowers wouldn’t freeze outside, even though I insisted he could leave them and I’d be right home. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was fantastic. I did not know someone was sending me flowers and it all around made my day. If you are trying to cheer someone up, go here!
I ordered flowers from Prestige again a couple days ago. As always, they arrived beautiful, fresh, and on time. I have always had a great experience with product and timeliness with this florist. They are my "go to" (living out of state) for that local area. I have pictures sent from family on how beautiful the flowers are! You are THE BEST locally! Thank you!:) For some reason my review from last year didn't post. (see below) From 2023: I moved away from the local area years ago, but remembered this florist! I was so impressed with the efficiency of their ordering system online. Fun Fact: they ACTUALLY delivered when their online system said they would(unlike other online florists across the US) and early in the day! From selection, to payment process, to notes -perfect! Thank You Prestige, you are the BEST!
Great service, autumn arrangement and follow up. Had flower arrangement delivered in Kennebunk that was left on the porch. Norm, (CO/CEO) revisited the location the next day to make sure the arrangement was found intact. Our friends had a lengthy and friendly conversation with Norm. He went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend Prestige House of Flowers.
