Robin's Confections

We absolutely loved our visit to Robin’s shop. It’s a happy little chocolate shop with great employees. We had to visit the main store after seeing their displays all over the state.

3.5 out of 5. 3 out of 5 for staff: Someone was taking a call behind the desk loud enough for me to hear their conversation. The woman who helped me was pleasant, efficient and sweet (pun intended). Some items i asked for didnt make it into the box but luckily didnt seem like they were included on the bill! (Peanutbutter oreos) 5 out of 5 for cost: The price points here are amazing! Really well suited for prepackaged items and the occasional treat from their selection case. 4 out of 5 for Atmosphere: The parking lot was super clean. The interior was quaint. Love the wood floors. The PVC stand that the POS is on is a bit wonky. Great idea but needs better execution. 2 out of 5 for taste: Nothing sucked! Not a thing was terrible please understand that. The variety offered is awesome and really eye catching but the products themselves suffered. The milk chocolate cashew cluster was dry and you my piece was chalky. Evidence that it likely was melted too high and bloomed. The key Lime ball is a great idea but tasted very artificial, the same with the strawberry heart. The needhams were like coconut blocks wrapped in chocolate. Total 14/20= 3.5 stars compared to other places it's closer to a 3/5. Loved the idea of the orange Needham but they're dry.

I’ve stopped at Robins a few times and it’s always amazing but recently I was looking for chocolate covered gummy bears and I happened to call and ask and they literally made them on the spot for me. It was so kind and the kind of thing that makes you want to return and tell your friends! Amazing customer service and the chocolate was amazing! Thanks so much!

Nothing like a homemade chocolate shop around the holidays! Went in the browse and came out with this scrumptious and ample size Dark Chocolate covered Oatmeal Cream Pie. It was sooooooo good. Not overly sweet and the dark chocolate was a great choice with the Oatmeal Cream Pie!

Excellent customer service. Robin wasn't there but the two Ladies were very friendly and helpful. They offered some free sample too. This was my first visit. I must say I was quite impressed with their setup. A wide variety and selection of chocolates,candies,popcorn, gummies, whoopie pies,fudge,and other confections. It was a difficult to decide what to buy.
