We used Thom's Twin City Florist for our daughter's wedding last June and we couldn't have been happier! We were treated so well, the floral arrangements exceeded our expectations, and we were kept informed and updated every step of the way. There is no other florist in the Saco/Biddeford area that can offer the personal and caring service that Thom's can!

I needed a bouquet for a birthday and in general to brighten a friends day. Called Thom's as I was hoping for same day delivery and I had already had multiple bad experiences with large companies (not local). The flowers that got delivered same day ,on my very basic over the phone description, are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and truly exceeded my expectations! I would like to genuinely thank Thom's Florist for the beautiful arrangement they delivered to my dad's hospital room. My parents were on vacation when he fell ill. I called Thom's from here in NC at the recommendation of Maine Medical's receptionist. The person at Thom's whom I spoke to was amazing, the flowers were delivered as promised and the arrangement was beautifully done. 10 days later my parents are back home in Vermont and my mom said the arrangement is still vibrant and a bright spot in their day.
