Very easy and quick to order online & delivery was perfect. My sister and her family loved them! Flowers are beautiful.
I went in to grab some peonies, but the wicked weather lately meant peonies are not in season. The lovely young lady behind the counter helped me pick out a beautiful bunch to help brighten up my home. Thank you for your help and the decent selection of pretty flowers.
2nd time my husband has ordered flowers from Pauline’s- so fresh and beautifully arranged! They even checked if anyone would be home so that they wouldn’t be sitting out in the cold dying when delivered. I love the combination of different flowers they’ve used both times and they have wonderful attention to detail!
Just wanted to say how wonderful Nina is at Pauline’s bloomers. I asked for a special bouquet for a dear friend who is going through a difficult time. She suggested yellow roses, and she outdid herself. Not only did she make them look spectacular, but she also went out of her way and delivered them to Freeport when they are short handed! Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this business.
I ordered flowers to be delivered in Brunswick. The flowers were not delivered on the date I ordered them to be- when I asked what happened, I was told that they had been delivered, left at the front door and Pauline's driver tried to call the individual who was receiving them. None of that was true. The flowers were not delivered, nor had they tried to call. The flowers were delivered the next day. When I called expressing my frustration and I was going to take my business elsewhere- I was told that Pauline's was "the only florist in Brunswick." Wow- no wonder they do not care about customer service. Great opportunity for florists in Augusta or Lewiston to move into the Brunswick market. Do not use this business!! Pauline's is not truthful nor professional. Also do not be fooled by the ratings on the website.
