Walmart Supercenter

I remember seeing a picture online during Covid about these giant rolls of toilet paper and I thought it was a joke. It’s not a joke, it’s real and they have it here. This is hilarious and made my day. This would be a funny Christmas gift.

Went up to a associate Logan and greeted him not once but twice “How you doing today” no response and just looked at me and said how can I help with this grin that said leave me alone. What kind of service is this??? Not sure but the leadership team should teach Logan better customer skills or put him in the stockroom so he has no interaction with customers.

Wanted to buy headlights. Pushed the button for service twice. Waited 15 minutes then had to go find someone. When I did find someone it appeared he was trying to avoid me. I was polite and thanked him for helping me but not a smile or “You’re welcome” from him.

The shopping experience was great. It was only when I went to check out that I started having issues with the cashier. This woman look like Lydia from Beetlejuice. She scanned every one of my items painfully slow and when I realized I didn't have enough to pay for everything I started taking things off so that she wouldn't scan them. She then took the items that I wasn't going to purchase and walked away from the cash register to go and put them away. Then when she came back she asked me if I wanted anything else removed which she did not ask before she walked away the first time. And as I was saying I'll just put these to the side so you don't have to walk away again, she literally ignored me and walked off with the items that I wasn't going to purchase again. Just wasted an extra 15 minutes of my time just trying to cash out. And just to be clear when I say this woman look like Lydia from Beetlejuice. I mean full face paint black lipstick dark eyeliner Gothic lace attire all of it. Talk about A Nightmare Before Christmas.

I was visiting the area and stopped here to pick up a case of water and noticed they sell wine. Saw Decoy on the shelf with a price of 9.96 which was fantastic. I get up to the register and it rings up 17.98 so we ask the clerk and he shrugs his shoulders and said I don’t know. Made no effort to get someone to go check. So we voided out some and took two bottles. I walked back myself while my wife waited in front to check and the wine was either on the wrong shelf or they did not change the price tag because the price was for another brand. Figure I would give the service desk a heads up and the woman says she can’t change price. So I said you may want to fix the shelf price and she looks me in the face and says she can’t do that either. Our friends who were with use had trouble getting the same woman at the service desk to help them with a question and she just turned around and walked away from them. I am not looking for gold star treatment but I never had an issue before with at least verifying a price discrepancy.
