I received a "Gazing at the Stars" bouquet for my birthday. My favorite flowers are Stargazer lilies and I was really excited for them, and the photo looked gorgeous on the website. Unfortunately, what I received didn't have a single Stargazer lily in it! Multiple flowers had been substituted and it overall looked nothing like it did on their website. My boyfriend called more than once and left a voicemail but it's been days and they still haven't gotten back to us. We ended up getting me a birthday bouquet from another florist. Very disappointed because of the false advertising and lack of communication. I recommend to take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Originally, Spoke with a very pleasant gentleman named Josh about providing floral services for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Decided to visit to see the flower selections in person, the lady behind the counter 07/26 around 12:30 was beyond rude to my grandmother who asked to have a seat while we looked. We told her that we would in fact take our business elsewhere. You lost potential for a big wedding floral contract due to her attitude. Her coworker approached my grandmother to apologize privately about the unprofessional behavior. It sounds like you should hire quality, professional associates.
