4 Seasons Floral and Gifts

I’ve ordered a potted succulents which on its website showed a variety of 6-8 plants as you can see on the pics below. So disappointed when my mom send me a picture showing only 4 and spread apart, when I called, the lady on the phone told me; the pot and rocks was worth why I paid for, they did not have any other variety that’s why they choose to get better pot and add rocks. False advertisement, bad experience with this store.

I ordered an orchid to be delivered to a client on Friday January 30th. Jeannine called me to let me know they attempted to deliver the plant, but the client did not live there any longer and the plant came back to the shop. Jeannine reached the client to confirm her new address. Unfortunately, it was not in the delivery area. Rather than cancelling my order and directing me elsewhere, Jeannine came up with an alternate solution. Jeannine ended up also speaking with my client's daughter who our client was visiting that same evening. Her home was within the delivery area. One of Jeannine's coworkers lives near the daughter of our client and was gracious enough to drop the plant to her house instead. Our client was pleasantly surprise and very happy with the Orchid. Jeannine and her colleague went above and beyond to ensure the plant was delivered (same day)! I highly recommend 4 Seasons Floral and Gifts.

Greeted from the moment we walked in, great experience from start to finish, told him our budget and BOOM .. we got this for our mom. Just what we asked for. Location is set back and behind another store so it's a bit hard to find but worth the stop for a small gift, flower basket or a bouquet for ANY occasion. Also, has all the willow tree figurines!

Stopped by on a whim for my daughter's sake, and am very glad that I did! This is a wonderful floral shop with much more than just flowers. Floral arrangements, plants, knick knacks, balloons, hanging decor, signs, and many other items. Very reasonable prices to boot. Tim was excellent and put up wonderfully with my daughters overwhelming curiosity! I picked up a painted slate for Mom, and a crystal dragonfly for my daughter. I'd recommend anyone stop by if you're in the area, even just to browse the shop. Tim, thank you very much for an excellent experience, and we look forward to seeing you again!
