I ordered a bouquet of flowers that was supposed to look like a birthday cake and that is not what they delivered. When I asked why they did not send what I ordered she replied with “but you got more flowers and they are bigger”. And when I repeated that I wanted it to look like a birthday cake she asked “Why doesn’t it look like a Birthday cake, its the exact same arrangment” If this looks like a birthday cake to you then by all means buy your flowers here. I wouldn’t be upset if they would admit that they made no attempt to make it look like a birthday cake but she is adamant that I got a bouquet that looks like a cake. I’ll take my money somewhere else. There’s always next year!

Very disappointed with what I ordered and what was delivered. I paid for the deluxe arrangement. I emailed the shop about my disappointment and received no reply. You be the judge.

Shantelle and Main Street floral were not only phenomenal to work with, but also created arrangements for our wedding that were far more than we could’ve ever imagined. I could not recommend their services enough!!!

So picture day before Valentine's Day. The wife is working and I decide to have flowers delivered to her work address. I attempt to use the google location sharing address not wanting to tip her off to the delivery. However the google location sharing address is horribly inaccurate. So between the flower shop and myself we made 6 phone calls to get the driver to the correct location, finally having resort to google maps picture view to see the location and give directions. I'm so impressed with their patience, as I personally would have lost mine with myself...lol. Thanks so much. :)
