Everyone at this location is so welcoming and friendly..I've been going here for 6 years now, and when u walk in, Everyone is saying hi and acknowledging you... theres been other locations that you feel invisible and cant find help...its the opposite experience here. The people make the place! Thanks for being awsome!!!
Always an unpleasant shopping experience here because of the broken speakers they don't seem to want to fix. Every time I've been in here for the past 6 months they have music cutting in and out from overhead speakers. Very jarring to listen to when you're trying to grocery shop.
I have not been in the Shaw's in a while and did not realize they did not have a redemption anymore. I filled up my cart with my glass the large ones. Walked through the floral department and the lady with the blonde hair with an updo. Looks me up and down and at my cart. I'm a clean person, I don't look homeless, and or do I look like a drug addict. I smiled awkwardly because of the way she was looking at me. I was then told by another employee after I asked when did they not have redemption anymore? Or is there another place that they have it now. She said they hadn't had it for a couple years and I was like well that makes sense cuz I haven't been here in a couple years. And I called the floral lady out. I said this is what's wrong with society people don't want to bother helping anybody. And her response was okay thank you have a good day. Now that was sucky customer service. And Laziness. I wasn't looking for an argument. I was looking for accountability

Store is nice and clean It's conveniently-located. there's plenty of parking. the help is really nice. Prices have gone way up so you are wise to look for sales & buy the store brands. An odd thing that they're doing which I find strange (but a lot of things are strange these days) they don't have bags of ice except one small cooler of medium sized ones that they call extra fresh or pure or similar for $4 bucks a bag for frozen water. No thanks I'll stop by Walmart where it's $1.88, if they aren't empty like they often are. The help are super friendly, upbeat and helpful.
