I usually don't stop here because it's always more expensive than Hannaford for me. However, on this occasion, I was pleasantly surprised by some of the bargains! Also, the cashier went above and beyond. I had grabbed some Stonewall Kitchen jams off a display because they were marked down to 4.95-- a huge discount, but they rang up at 7.95. I said, "Never mind. I figured it was too good to be true." She said, "Let me go check." Nobody was in line behind me, so she took off. The cranberry pepper jelly was only 4.95, but whoever stocked it put a bunch of hot pepper raspberry jam on the same shelf. I had 1 of each, but she gave me the 4.95 price for both. Wow! 2 fancy foodie holiday gifts at bargain prices. Thank you!

Special shout out to Denise and Joe in the deli! They are always so happy and friendly, even when it’s busy in the store. They give you service with a smile! I love this location as I find great deals in all the “clearance” areas in the store. I like how each department has a little stash of clearance items to go through. Love when I see an orange sticker 👍 I usually do self checkout and the gals and guys there are always helpful and friendly as well. Can’t forget the girls at Customer Service when I cash my lotto tickets in. They always know who I am and that is awesome they remember and are so friendly! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ to all the staff , I would! Highly recommend

My experience at the Rockland Shaw’s has been mixed. Their selection of bulk mushrooms is excellent and fairly priced, but sometimes the customer service is spotty at best. Today, I brought in a rain check for 10 kombuchas that had apparently expired about a month prior. Admittedly, the expiration was written in fine print that I never read, but I felt that the customer service associate that explained that to me was very short and rude in the way he communicated. It keeps me thinking I’ll keep my shopping limited to Shaws for things I can only get there.

There were lots of good deals as usual at Shaw's. However, many of the sale prices weren't coming up at the register and we had to pass on the Progresso Bread Crumbs which we planned on getting 2 containers of.

Food products and selection are as good as any local grocery store. It's more the workers that keep me coming back. They are always friendly and helpful and generally upbeat and have a great sense of humor and comradery.
