Got my order canceled by several online flower delivery services and I needed them today. Jordan, who I spoke with personally was extremely helpful and saved my holiday plans. Order your flowers from them, you won't be disappointed. It's a blessing when you get to deal with the owner directly and should be shown appreciation.
Jordan’s saved the day!! I needed to get some flowers for a retirement gift at the last minute as they were supposed to retire the end of December, but unexpectedly had to move it up to this week and I needed them today. Since today is the day after Mother’s Day, I contacted 4 local florists and they were either out of flowers, or they were closed to recoup from the Mother’s Day barrage of orders. I found Jordan’s online and I called and I spoke to France, and not only did she have what I needed in a specific color, she had some additional special items in that color that she added to the bouquet. I was able to pick it up today and it was absolutely gorgeous! Amazing and personable customer service!

I placed an order on a Saturday not realizing it was too late for a same-day delivery, but they called to let me know that they could squeeze in the delivery for us that day! They also let me know the arrangement would be slightly different than what was pictured online which was no problem at all and it was beautiful. Thank you!
