Nice selection in the store for my purposes. However I went through self check and left an item right on the counter (oops!). Called them and they found it, and when I asked if my friend who lives near by (I'm 40 min out) could snag it for me with a photo of the receipt on her way to my place the next day, I was told yes. Friend gets there, they refuse to help because its just a photo of the receipt despite what was said during the phone call, but help her find and repurchase the item (my friend is so lovely for that!). Customer service here isn't great. If you know what you need you'll be fine. Otherwise, good luck. My purchases will be made online in the future so if issues like this come up again, I can reach out to the more reliable corporate customer service. But again, stock is good for my needs so same day pickup (with purchase made ONLINE) is super handy

Michaels advertises same day framing, then when I went in they said ya we don't do that I don't know why we have those signs. She said she could have it ready tomorrow, I said okay and paid. Now when I call the store to check on my order they say there is no one in framing today...

Great customer service every thing very organized, and lots of materials. I was happy with prices, and found a jumbo muffin tin and cookie cutter there, which I could not find at Walmart in store. Happy experience, first time🥴

This was one of the worst stores I’ve shopped at. This store is about an hour from my home so it is a rare event I am able to go to shop. When I got there, I only went to the paper crafts section and boy was I disappointed. There were TONS of bare shelves and what was there was disheveled. I never found what I was looking for and left wondering why I wasted the time and gas to go.

This used to be a clean, well organized and fun place to shop. Today it was in disarray with lots of empty shelves, merchandise scattered on the ground, boxes everywhere, kind of chaotic.
