Walmart Supercenter

Me and my wife went to Walmart last night decided to pick up a Lego set then we went to the register. It was a completely different price. All the Walmart workers pretty much think it’s OK to be on their phones and don’t care about customers. The Worker was completely rude to us told her there was nothing she can do about the Lego set being wrong people just think it’s OK to be on their phones instead of working customers come first.

So i went in last nigjt picked up a bunch of stuff got a lego set that was on the shelve for one price and was so excited and bang didnt get it cause your workers cant read the tags and put them wereever went to check out and the lady at self checkout was so rude so i left the set there and was madder then ever i dont know if i will ever be back and for 2 get ur workers off rheir phone its called a job

As usual, a visit to Walmart customer service in Scarborough was a miserable experience that ended in me leaving with returns still to do. One associate working and a line of 7 customers. Moved pretty quickly until it didn’t. Associate was clearly stuck and instead of calling someone, kept tending to the one customer. Finally called a supervisor. Twice. Dana finally came sauntering over, but unapologetically, like we hadn’t all been waiting in line for 20+ minutes at this point. He helped the associate help that customer, but, instead of having the customer step aside while she waited for her app to catch up so other customers could be waited on, they let her stand there and wait, delaying the line further. Meanwhile, Dana decided that instead of going to the other return register to assist the associate to get her caught up on those of us now in line for almost 30 minutes, he would move to the financial services line and tend to those who had barely been in line for 5 minutes. When I spoke up and pointed this out, Dana seemed completely clueless as to what proper customer service would look like in the moment. He had zero intention of helping that associate take care of us in the return line, leaving her to continue dealing with it alone, and leaving us stranded. So I left. I only ever have issues with returns at Walmart. Go to Target, Kohl’s, Homegoods, ANYWHERE else, and it’s speedy, knowledgeable, and courteous.

This Walmart is definitely big and spacious. It’s always clean, and well organized. I love their hot food bar, always delicious quick meals for busy people like me. The apparel is also pretty good quality fashionable material for cheap. The electronic section has a good brands in store. Easy check cashing, returns, and money order process. The store associates are usually helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. Walmart is a family store and customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, which is definitely the case here. Big parking lot, the bus service comes here as well which is nice for the rest of the community that does not have cars.

Signs everywhere that they install the batteries you purchase. Al stated he had no time today at all. As I was loading my battery in my car, it appears he had time to smoke a cig. Couldn’t even loan me a 10mm. Great customer service.
