Don't order merchandise to be picked up at the store. You won't receive a notice that it's ready for pick up and when you try to cancel the order it won't be canceled and refunded to your card without a major struggle. Never again.
Great discounts for 24 hours after you open a charge account. They have good sales.
It's had It's day if you know what I mean. Another dying big box store trying to hang on. Products are mediocre. Changing rooms closed in women's intimate. Not helpful.
We had an incredible customer service experience on all fronts. In particular a man named Scott stopped to help me and my friend pick out outfits for a wedding and was spectacularly friendly and helpful. We also had another woman help us whose name I didn't manage to get. Scott seemed happy to help us find the right fit and color and we didn't feel rushed at all. There were also great sales and a coupon that brought our final cost well within our budget.
A wide selection and great store look. My only issue was that my girlfriend had to use the men's fitting room, and the doors had no locks on the doors. She was trying on a top and had people walk in on her changing. So if you use their changing room, make sure you have someone guard the fitting room you are using.
