Macy's

I haven’t went in to this store in a while and the exact same thing happened to me and reminded me why. I was Christmas shopping for my fiancé, I was waiting for help standing next to the perfume getting skipped over and avoided like the plague, every time I said excuse me after waiting for someone to be done no one helped. Then when finally no one else to help one lady I said excuse me literally turned her back to me. Then turned around and asked the guy already being helped waiting to check out if he needed help. I asked to wrap the present but it felt like I was asking too much from them at this point. Then I watched every customer before me asked do you want samples of this or that no question like that to me fine but I did nothing wrong I’m buying a bottle of $200 perfume trying to be an easy customer on Xmas eve in a day full of chaos, I wasn’t even going to leave this review but when you see this photo you will realize how unacceptable this is. This is how she wrapped this present and my fiancé open it too? Seriously? Ohh and I have a Star rewards she had it all skipped so ohh none of those for me neither I guess. I didn’t do anything to anyone to deserve that kind of treatment. I don’t know who I offended or how but I hope no one has to feel like I did trying to get a gift for someone they Love. I was planning on going back later with my Fiancé later and buying some bedding sets and let my daughter go find something in the toys r us side but after that treatment I was not going back in that store again. This is long I know but imagine when you go this store and this is you.

I won’t ever shop at Macys again. I found a lady to process my order of clothes! She grabbed my clothes out of my hand/ few went on the floor. She kept talking all through the process at the register and wouldn’t stop talking, when we finally got done 😳she said I didn’t charge your bags 😳and I just couldn’t do this again. 5 cents 🤣 I just left because so much time had gone by. She charged my credit card, I disputed this because I left without clothes but I had no proof so I lost and the lady got 200 hundred dollars of new clothes on me. I complained to Macys but no one got back. Customers be aware of so much scammers/ fraud and just totally being dishonest.

I've had a few negative experiences with the jewelry department. I have ordered a couple watches for in store pickup and received watches that were clearly used. The first time I examined the watch before I left and it was heavily scratched. Because I was still at the store I was able to return it. The second time I received the watch but did not examine until I got home and was sizing the watch (the clasp was scratched). Unfortunately, because I had already resized the watch my return was denied. As an avid watch collector I have tried to support my local AD, but it has not worked out well.

I ordered a Christmas gift and Macy's canceled the order. Why? Apparently the item was out of stock. Bad! I like Macy's but they need a major overhaul on their online technology for accurate stock. In addition Macy's needs a quick delivery system and a no hassle return system.
