Shaw's

I’m always missing items from online orders. Especially over the last couple of months. It’s normally just a couple of things and I am refunded within the 24-48 hours they say it takes to be refunded. The last time I went to pick up an order, I was missing over $100 worth of items in my order. I submitted a refund request the same day. Four days later I called to follow up and was told that a manager was needed to finish my refund request and that they would be in the following day. I heard nothing the following day. I called the day after the manager was supposed to get to my refund finished and was told to call their customer service line and they gave me a number to call. I called and the customer service representative told me that I needed to call the store. I will no longer be shopping at Shaw’s.

The parking is wonderful the people are wonderful it's been lovely and I'm so glad when I come if I need to use the recycling machines there are people ready to address any issue in their bottle room. The staff if they're available are courteous quick and generous of spirits. Thank you Shaw's

I've given up on this store. I'm 68 yrs old and have no problem showing my ID to buy beer. But during my last trip there, it was not enough to show my ID to the cashier but the bag boy wanted to see it as well. He then proceeded to follow me into the parking lot and harass me about returning the shopping cart where he wanted it instead of leaving it next to my truck in the handicapped parking. He should be fired.

Great store ! Things are easy to find ……… I’ve been there 3 times this week and I’ve seen mice in the store two of the 3 times! Make sure you look at what you are buying !

Everyone complains about hannaford prices and I’m like uhhhh…yall never been to shaws??? Prices are actually insane
