Water Lily Flowers and Gifts

I called Water Lily from MD and my sister from TX to have flowers delivered to our sister in E Boothbay ME. She received the 2 baskets of flowers and they were both beautiful. It made her day. Datvik was very helpful and patient with me and my sister and we appreciate that. Hopefully our sister in ME will get the chance to visit your gift shop in the near future. Thank you so much.

I am very disappointed in the flower arrangement that you did for my sister funeral services last Wednesday. It was embarrassing seeing it I paid $168.80 for an arrangement that was very small and I ordered the deluxe one. You also supposed email me copy of my receipt and never hapoened either. Other people at the services couldn’t believe what I paid for this small arrangement . when it was supposed be a deluxe one. There weren’t the flowered that were supposed to be in it either. Very disgusted and embrassing it was supposed be a special arrangement for my sisters services. I don’t recommend your place for flowers .sad part was that Halls funeral service even recommended your service and I will be letting them know also not to recommend your service no more

A relative and a friend both sent flowers to me from this florist for my birthday. The arrangements were beautiful and the florist shared kind words & wishes as with the delivery. I consolidated the two arrangements today and they new arrangement is lovely, too!

A gem of a flower shop. A one woman show who makes amazing arrangements and she has made flower crowns for my daughter and I on multiple occasions. Fair pricing and quality products with a smile.

I understand that you can't please everybody. That said I don't want you to think I'm one of those people that just complains for the sake of it. I used to have a business of my own, and if someone tells you that they really care about a person and need your help choosing the right thing, and that they are on a budget and willing to spend every penny they have, you should be a little bit more considerate. This woman told me to call back once so I did, when I told her I was on a budget and needed a little bit of help choosing for someone I really care about, she said she had to "cut me off right there" because she had "so many customers" and I "needed to figure out what I wanted" and that she "would call me back a little bit later" when she was "less busy". I knew she was being rude but I told her that that's awesome that she was so busy, so congratulations.. She never called back. She should be more grateful that she has this many customers. Life is short and every human being is special and has their own needs. Everyone has someone there they care about when they're buying flowers. And obviously they care about loved ones very much, especially when they're willing to pay a hundred bucks for a stupid flower arrangement that dies in a few days anyway. Take a breath and be a little more kind, lady! Be grateful that you have that much business. Not everybody is as lucky as you are.
