If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I ordered an arrangement from Teleflora and this is the company who they chose to fulfill my order. Well I really wish they would not have. I paid extra for the arrangement to be delivered by 1pm. Also I provided a tip to the driver not even knowing who it was just being generous. Needless to say that the item never made it to the recipient. When I called Teleflora to ask them the ETA of the item it was said 20 mins. Well while I was on the phone with Teleflora after 5pm an email came and said hand-delivered. I called to find out if my wife received her flowers she said no. So long story short the driver sat the flowers on the steps of someone else and when the florist finally called me back after being left multiple messages from Teleflora. She said well it's on another porch you can just go and get it. Absolutely not ma'am this was unacceptable. This company may have done nice beautiful florals and provided good service for others but for me it was a NO!!!! I won't refer them or ever use them again. And also to add insult to injury there was no apology given.

My friend had ordered me flowers for my birthday but I never received them. I called on Monday, 10/20 at 3:13pm left a message and still have yet to receive a call back. My friend also tried to get them to come back out to deliver but never did they come out. Reading the reviews it seems like it's a common issue.

I spoke with the owner, Beth, and pre-ordered 18 roses to pick up for a family occasion. She provided the best roses I’ve ever seen at very reasonable prices. The recipient mentioned that the roses are still beautiful even after 5 days.

I personally would not get flowers from here. My friend ordered flowers for my birthday but I was out of town for the weekend. I requested the delivery driver to redeliver them on Monday which she confirmed she would. Monday comes and I don’t receive the flowers nor hear from the driver. I called and left a message and still nothing. Finally today I called the florist and they sent the order out again and I’m not very happy with what I’ve received. The flowers are in a mug with an autumn leaf and visually the arrangement does not look great. Two of the flowers are damaged as well. I expect more from a florist otherwise we can spend less and get a better bouquet from the grocery store.

I received these flowers on my Birthday October 8th and could not believe that any florist would allow something like this to be delivered. Half of them were dead and they looked like the work of a small child. The worst part was the sentiments in the card compared me to flowers.
