Flower received was NOT what I ordered. I understand the need to substitute flowers, containers, etc., but the substitution flowers were unacceptable, and looked like they'd fallen over in the delivery vehicle multiple times before they arrived.

I rarely leave a negative review as I know most companies are trying to make an honest living. However this company sent me the below flowers for my wife’s anniversary. The flowers were similar to ones that we get at Safeway for $14.99 except I paid $115. Some of the flowers not pictures were also dead. I called them and afforded them the opportunity to right a wrong but they wouldn’t budge. I would strongly recommend using a more honest company.
