Do the right thing upfront! ... An arrangement was sent on my birthday and the delivery driver called me and I let him know I was out of town. He told me that was my problem, so I called the store and spoke to this woman. Let her know I was out of town and situation. We agreed I would call when i was back and ready to accept the arrangement. While I wasn't home they proceeded to deliver the flowers to my neighbors, which i already stated wasn't an option for me. I received the flowers even though I was frustrated, once I was home in the light, i became immediately disappointed. These flowers are dying and clearly not cared for. I called back and spoke to the same woman who never apologized but offered to re-do the arrangement. This was the second opportunity, no need for a third disappointment. I HIGHLY DO NOT SUGGEST THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
I received a delivery on Friday of a pink & white rose bouquet with other pink flowers & greenery. Although the bouquet was nicely delivered already in a vase, I am greatly disappointed in the quality of the actual flowers. Both the pink roses & the white roses for the arrangement were not freshly picked. The pink ones were all already in full bloom & showing brown with petals ready to fall off, while the white roses were just a disaster in the making. To showcase this I'm attaching pictures of what it looked like on Friday & what it looks like today 3.5 days later. You can tell which is which easily This was a birthday gift from my boyfriend who is away and sadly the flowers that were meant to symbolize his love did not do him justice.
I’m going to let the pictures speak for themselves. This arrangement was not as lovely as what I wanted. It was a dated style and not elegant. Very disappointed on what was chosen to make it.
Checked my voicemails on 11/3/24 & had a message from 11/1/24 that I was expecting a delivery but they didn’t have my apt number. I called on that Sunday and spoke to the owner Amanda who was very polite. I provided my info and although their site says they are closed Sundays and Mondays, I was able to call Sunday to confirm and my gift was delivered early Monday morning. I received thee most beautiful 3 dozen roses I’ve ever had. The arrangement was stunning and huge. I at first thought the call was a scam but it turned out to be a beautiful surprise. After the flowers wilted, the other live plants are still in tact. Thank you Amanda.
Since we got married 26 years ago, I have sent my wife a flower bouquet for our anniversary. But it’s special in that instead of a vase, it comes in a pineapple. For years I used the florist who made the same type of our arrangements for our center pieces at our wedding. Unfortunately, that old florist changed ownership and the quality tanked. For the past ten years I’ve had to shop around for new florists since many won’t make the arrangement in a pineapple. Fortunately I found Amanda’s a couple years ago. They were happy to make the arrangement in a pineapple for me. My wife has been happy that we have been able to keep the tradition alive. Thanks for the beautiful flowers!
