Janda Florist

Janda Florist did a fabulous job on the casket spray for my mom's funeral. Donna was very personable and let me pick out different flowers and it turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

My mother called this florist today to have flowers sent to my cousin who just had a baby girl a few days ago. While on the phone with a woman named Sue, they started talking about how my family owned a flower shop years ago and my mother had been in the business for 40 years total. So my mother is very knowledgeable on flowers and what they cost even to this day. She told Sue what she was looking for and what she wanted to spend. For an arrangement of assorted flowers, two balloons and delivery the cost was $108.40. $75 for flowers, $10 for two balloons, $13 for delivery and a $5 tip along with tax. Which was not the problem. The problem occurred when they were delivered. My Aunt called my mother to tell her about the delivery of the flowers. The flowers are pictured below. My mother was very displeased with how they looked and called Sue back , however Sue was extremely rude and nasty this time around. While on the phone Sue told my mother she would go to the house and re-arrange them WHILE a brand new baby was in transit coming home. My mother told her no, bring them back to the shop and re-do them. There was only 11 stems of flowers in the $75 arrangement, Sue told my mother that she would not be adding anymore flowers because of the cost of them. The original arrangement was one sided, meaning no flowers in the back. Sue said “that was her fault she didn’t tell her it would be one sided”. She insulted my mother telling her she had been out of the business too long ( she’s still in it) and she told her she doesn’t know what flowers cost and it was Mother’s Day weekend. Again, my mother was in the business for 40 years, she has done a few Mother’s Days over the years. When the flowers were picked up and dropped off the second time they looked worse. (Pictures below) The entire experience from Sue was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. We will NOT be ordering from this business again and we suggest going through a wire service instead because calling and going direct came with unnecessary insults and attitude.

Janda did my wedding florals, and I'm so happy I went with them. Donna sat down with my mother and me before we signed with them and had a 30-minute conversation about what I wanted, our budget and her professional opinion. She pulled examples of their flowers out and was very friendly and helpful. Janda was also very cooperative as we made changes to our order in the months leading up to my wedding. I wanted to use my own vases and wrap my bouquet with the sleeve from my mother's wedding dress, and they were happy to do both of those things. On the day of, the flowers were delivered on time and they made sure I approved of them all. I would absolutely hire them again!

Janda provided the beautiful flowers for my wedding day. Working with them was an absolute pleasure and Donna was the sweetest and caring associate while helping my mother and I navigate the perfect arrangements for my special day. Thank you to everyone at Janda! You guys are the best!

We got married on April 27, 2025. We knew we needed a florist but we weren’t sure what we wanted. We knew from other shopping experience at Janda Florist that they would be the place to go to help make our wedding perfect, and we weren’t wrong! From the planning to the delivery everything was perfect and our flowers were beautiful! This florist is wonderful! They provide beautiful flowers/gifts and the customer service is wonderful!
