Great Customer Service here, Especially, when I went to the Deli. Ningning did an EXCELLENT Job with the Hot food that I ordered. Perfect portions and was very Professional and Helpful. She even Thanked Me and smiled. During Check out, Erika was also very Pleasant to talk to. She asked if I found everything that I was looking for. Rana at the front desk tried to give me a hard time when I returned a Rug Doctor…she went over it with a fine tooth comb trying to tell me I didn’t clean it before the return. I told her I did that was the condition I received it in…she just kept arguing the point….its a Rug Doctor, not a Mercedes rental vehicle…I’m so turned off by her attitude and customer service that I’ll never go back to this Safeway….Ill make the trip to Goshen or Mt Airy where they don’t harass the customers
