Flowers arrived 3 days late. The stems were not cut evenly at all for long steamed roses. No communication, no answer. They said they attempted delivery but I was home the entire time and there was no attempt. The joy of receiving flowers was ruined.
I ordered the Spring Waltz Premium expecting it to resemble the vibrant and full arrangement depicted in the photo on their website. However, upon receiving a picture of the arrangement that my friend received, I was dismayed to find that it was noticeably smaller and less impressive than what was advertised. The first photo is the one on the website the second is the one they sent. It is beautiful but not like the picture advertised & not worth $113.00 I did email the business but no response.
I am very upset. I placed an order on Sunday and received an order #50834 for flowers to be delivered on Tueday by 5pm for funeral viewing. I received a call from my cousin at 4:30 CT that the flowers were not there. I had called the flower shop in the afternoon around 2pm ET and received a voice mail. 6/24/2025 This review is written 6/25/2025. I am still not sure what has happened but the flowers which I ordered on the website on Sunday were delivered to the church this morning in time for the service. This puzzles me as I did not mention the church in the order I placed. My cousin sent me a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful. I had used this flower shop several years ago for another funeral service and they were delivered on time and beautiful.
I was really disappointed with the flowers ordered for my mom. I know the policy is to substitute if needed, but this is ridiculous! It looks like I picked these up from the local grocery store. Not the right colors. Not the right flowers. Not as full as the picture. And this is supposed to be deluxe!! Would you pay $70 for this?? $92 with tax and delivery. And no email on their site to contact them and send photos. I guess my only option is to leave a review.
