Wanted to send my mother flowers to congratulate her on her retirement from teaching and as a house warming present too. Looked at other Hagerstown florist and they all had the typical Teleflora arrangements, but saw Roostervane’s lovely arrangements and thought I’d give them a try. Ordering over the phone was very easy and the staff was very helpful. Gave them a price point and told them my mother loved to garden and that some bright garden flowers would be wonderful if they had them. Well they totally exceeded my expectations! My mother loves her AMAZING arrangement. Pictures do not do it justice according to her. Will definitely be ordering from them again for all of my flower needs for family out that way.

Called this morning and asked if something could be put together and delivered to my wife for our anniversary right up the street from them. Only to be told "I guess I can". Great customer service skills with that one. Thanks. But no thanks. If you are busy, just say you are too busy. Don't make it sound like you are doing me a favor by taking my money. I am not saying this place of business is bad, but this is the first impression that was given to me.
