Did not give me the vase I originally ordered and roses were already dying when I had brought them home. Roses did not bloom and lasted less than a week. Save your money and go somewhere else!

This is my go-to place for any special occasions. The quality of flowers, size, and arrangements are always amazing. You really have to visit the store, talk to the owner and her team about your needs. It is actually more affordable doing this and you get to choose what you like. I’ve tried 1-800 flower and other online ordering systems, but they put so much surcharge on each order, which makes you think you ordered a big bouquet but it actually is not. I’ve been burnt by this multiple times from other florists. So I would visit the store and you won’t be disappointed.

This florist has a very, very long history of dishonesty. My first order Mother’s Day flowers from them back in 2021. Every single time, the order they’d send looked far smaller in quantity of flowers than what I was paying for. I figured it was my imagination until this past weekend, when a bouquet that should had 9 roses and an additional plethora of assorted flowers was dropped off. What they did send was clearly an attempt to confuse and rip off a customer. Dishonesty is not a winning strategy.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!! We have been patronizing Montgomery Village Florist for over 30 years and had always had a great experience and received beautiful flowers. Last year, for my Anniversary, my husband purchased a dozen orange roses… which are my favorite. The flowers starting dying within a day of receiving the arrangement. My husband called them and they replaced the arrangement with an apology. This past week, I received the same, dozen orange Roses for my Anniversary and within a day of receiving them… the flowers started dropping petals and the greenery was also dying. I called them and sent photos of the flowers. The young lady on the phone apologized and said she would have the Manager call me. NO CALL! The next day, I corresponded again… NO CALL! You cannot continue to refrigerate your flowers for weeks on end and then pass them off as fresh. The flowers were so old that they did not take in any of the water that was in the vase! These arrangements cost entirely too much money for, more often than not, a special occasion or sentiment to be tainted by dead flowers and being ignored when an incident like this occurs. This is how they treat their long standing customers!

I ordered three dozen white roses for a work event via 1800 Flowers and Montgomery Village Florist got the job. MVF delivered RED roses and left them in a crystal vase on my front step - no box. By the time I went to get them, the vase, full of top heavy flowers, had tipped over and shattered, leaving glass all over my front step. I notified 1800 Flowers and got a redelivery the next day. I then scrambled to find back up roses because there was no guarantee the reorder would come in time for my work event. In the end, they did, but MVF once again left them in a crystal vase without a box. Three days later, MVF call me and ASK FOR THE RED ROSES BACK. I have to assume they planned to reuse three day old cut roses in another arrangement as a way of recouping some of the expense for their mistake. I found this extremely off putting. As someone new to the area, MVF could have become my go to florist, but instead, I’m not only not patronizing the shop, I also will not be able to use 1800 Flowers for home delivery since this is who they partner with. If you’re considering working with them, proceed with caution.
