I gave them a low rating because I had asked them a simple request and they would not accommodate for me. I asked them to make for me 12 small rose bouquet with 3 to 4 roses. I was willing to pay for each of the arrangements but they wouldn’t not do it. They only sell the bouquets as they have them arranged already. If they are in the flower selling business then I would assume they would sell the flowers as the customer request. They have dozens, half dozens and if you need anything other arrangements your out of luck.
Was able to get a big Flower arrangement same day! Great customer service and support.
I got these from my boyfriend and i just love the flowers! they’re so fresh and are so beautiful you would think they’re fake!
Before is more better attention to costumer the store is nice and before have things but is nice store but I wish go there again but I don’t want listen complain in the same personal working there is not nice listen fired because is a place to Paz and love and I wish find more beautiful Rosary’s and more nice personal help me , my respect is for the boss he is wonderful person and he have nice attention to people visit store !
There was definitely a language gap involved, but it was manageable with a translation app. They definitely made a pretty arrangement for an affordable price, and accommodated my requests.
