Super Value Flowers

I recently ordered a casket spray from a local flower shop in Arlington via Teleflora for my grandpa's funeral. Long story short, the spread did not arrive on the day before the funeral when it was promised... My family and I were devastated. Searching around at 8:30pm the night before the funeral, I came across Super Value Flowers because they were still open. The gentleman that helped me was extremely kind and understanding, and offered to stay open past the store's closing time to not only put together my arrangement, but also to wait for me to pick it up around 10pm. Needless to say, I was so thankful. Not expecting much from a spray put together in just an hour, I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangement was; my grandpa would have loved it as well. Super Value Flowers is INCREDIBLE! All of the staff are professional and friendly. The flower options and arrangements they prepare are absolutely outstanding! I was SO pleased with my first visit here yesterday afternoon. I cannot wait to return again! 😊♥️

I placed an order for a large memorial spray. Nathaly was an amazing help! Our loved one who passed was from Italy, so she customized the spray to have white roses outline the red roses that made a heart. She also customized the ribbons to be green, white, and red (Italian flag colors). I received timely confirmation when the order was delivered. Super Value's prices were more than reasonable and I am extremely happy with the service and quality of the flowers!!

Friendly staff. Fluent in English and Spanish. Just down the road from UMD. A great spot for a quick "thinking about you" gift and hours that are open later than traditional florists. Seem to specialize in roses but had the exact flowers (gladiolus) that I was looking for even while out of season! The made a nice bouquet for me to give to my friend.

Ordered some flowers from here: the courier brought some half dead flowers and left them outside the building without trying to deliver them. I called the shop to complain to the owner: she did not apologize and offered a replacement only if we took the flowers back to her, but the shop is 1hr away from our address, so it will take a long time just to return them. I asked to be sent a new one and she refused, I asked for a refund and she refused as well. Overall she was completely unhelpful and blamed everything on the courier. The courier could be at fault for leaving the flowers outside, but the shop sent the flowers already half dead and did not take any responsibility.
