Great exotic roses, same day delivery, wide selection. Wife loves the flowers and different types so I dont go anywhere else. Staff so helpful last time I went I just told them to pick a abnormal color beautiful rose bouquet and was suprised to see white roses with pink outline. Absolutely great place to go.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! My husband ordered an arrangement online and this florist is who was supposed to deliver it on Valentine's Day (Saturday). We received a call saying they were just too busy to get it delivered and would deliver it on Tuesday My husband had to call to them to talk them into delivering it on Monday. He was not at home at the time of delivery on Monday to know that what we received was nothing like what was ordered. When he called the florist, he spoke to the owner, explained that what we received was nothing at all that even resembled what was order, to which the owner replied, "But what you got is beautiful, right?" Uh, yes, but it's not what I ordered!! He ordered an orange bouquet in an orange pail. What we received was a bouquet of purple flowers in nothing. except a water soaked piece of foam and plastic wrap. After going around and around with the owner, he finally said that what he ordered he does not have. Then why did you get the online order and why were we not called to be informed you did not have it. Instead this florist just made up any arrangement they wanted and sent it out. Finally the owner said he would get an orange arrangement out to us the following day, Tuesday. Of course, Tuesday came and went with no delivery. After noon on Wednesday came and went, my husband called and spoke to the owner again, who said he forgot about it and asked what we wanted him to do about it. At this point we wanted our money back and, of course, he said he couldn't do that because it was purchased via the internet so he hadn't gotten paid for it yet either. My husband old him he needed to get an arrangement to us before the close of business that day, and finally at 5pm we received "an arrangement", but it still wasn't close to the arrangement that was ordered ad was supposed to be delivered 4 days before. We will never be using this florist again!!

Fiore Floral did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. I had contacted them because they were the only one's who could guarantee having the flower I wanted (bird of paradise, I had designed my entire wedding around the flower). Everything was done via email and Fiore Floral was able to exactly what was in my head into reality. The flowers turned out beautiful and I was extremely happy with the outcome.

We had a great experience with Fiore Floral for our special day on 09/02/2012. Harnood was very pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable, loves what he does and very passionate about flowers. We ordered boutonnieres, bridal bouquet and the decoration for the arch. Everyone in the hotel and our wedding were wowed about the arch arrangement and the bouquet. The colors were great, the arrangement was amazing and everything was delivered and decorated on time. I could not have asked for more. They worked with our budget, they listened to our needs and they delivered. I already recommended Fiore Floral to my family and friends and I will definitely recommend them and use their services in the future.

Ordered online and what was received was not even closed to what I ordered for Valentines! They made the bouquet of Roses look super beautiful in their social media and online, but instead what was delivered was roses as if they were picked up at walmart or giant on a plastic wrap and no decoration at all… Instead of something that I expected to surprise my valentine’s, I’m pretty sure it disgusted her… I requested a refund and no response yet, Never trust these people.
