⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Bell Flowers in Silver Spring has officially become my go-to florist. I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mom and asked that it be left on the doorstep if no one was home. Rosemary handled the delivery and called to let me know no one was answering the door. When I asked her to hold while I made a quick call, she waited patiently. After confirming my mom wouldn’t be back for a while, I told Rosemary it was fine to leave the bouquet outside. Instead, she expressed genuine concern about the 90°F heat and suggested taking the flowers back to the shop so they wouldn’t wilt. She even gave me a direct number to call once someone was home, ensuring a fresh, timely redelivery. Most companies would’ve just left the flowers and considered the job done—Rosemary went above and beyond. Her care and professionalism speak volumes about Bell Flowers’ commitment to quality and customer service. I hope Rosemary receives the recognition she deserves. Highly recommend!

So very glad I found Bell Flowers. Over the years I have attempted to send flowers to my aunt in Hyattsville MD with awful results. The flowers not being delivered or delivered two or three days after they where suppose to be. Bell Flowers has delivered on time and all the arrangements have been fresh and beautiful. I will always order from them in the DC/MD area.

The event, Right From the Start, was held at Holy Cross Hospital on Saturday, April 12, 2025, celebrating the Black Maternal Health Week theme, “ Healing Legacies: Strengthening Black Maternal Health Through Collective Action and Advocacy.” The floral arrangements were spectacular—thoughtful and appropriate for this Spring occasion and were offered as a full donation to the event.
