Additionally, Jeanne provided a photo via email to me of the flowers delivered which I appreciated.

I received an email confirmation with a photo of the actual arrangement and my message (which I blurred for privacy), and that level of service is incredible. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and the experience from start to finish was perfect.
The customer service at Park Florist is amazing! They are very friendly, attentive and detail oriented. I asked a bunch of questions and they were happy to answer. I created a custom bouquet based off of one I liked that was no longer on their website. Some of the flowers were not in bloom, but they worked with my price range and found good substitutions. Total with delivery included it was $100. My friend loved them! I will definitely use them again!
We were so thrilled with Jeanne's work for our wedding. Right after our consultation my fiancee said after hearing the kinds of questions she asked, "She's the real deal, an artist." He couldn't have been more right. We had a fall wedding, and we were going with a slightly different color palette than usual, and she excelled our expectations.
