When I moved to Westminster, I needed a reliable florist and this is the place. I have ordered regular arrangements, but whenever I need something unusual, they more than meet the challenge. I went once with a deer skull taken from our land and asked them to decorate it with flowers for my fireplace. They more than met expectations. Not only that, but I told them there was no time line and expected a call after a few weeks. They called after a couple of hours with a beautiful piece that I am proud to display. They also worked with me when my future daughter-in-law asked me to create her wedding bouquet and centerpiece. The staff there helped me pick out flowers, order them, and arrange for them to be transported in their own container. These people are the best. Visit them.
I ordered flowers on-line 9-17-2025 for my cousins funeral.Immedirely after ordering i called them bc i found another arrangement and they changed my order. She said no problem. I went from a peach colored arrangement to a blue heart. I never recd an order confirmation or confirmation it was delivered. I live out of state. So I contacted her son and said they were there and sent me a picture. It WAS NOT what i ordered. I contacted Flowers by Evelyn and the monday after rhe funeral telling them about not receiving any confirmations. They emailed me a ohoto of the receipt. It said True Heart and i ordered Blue Heart bc blue was her favorite color. After going back and forth the last thi g they said was they don’t even offer the flower i ordered even though i got it from their website. For what is charged for flowers you only expect to get what you order and don’t even get an apology. I tried to attach the photos but couldn't add them. BUYER BEWARE It’s been over a month and still never heard back from them.

I created a deadline for myself which Evelyn was kind enough to fill. However, the bouquet of spring flowers that I paid $100 for or worth perhaps $35 on the best day. I was not in a position to refuse them, but you can be assured that I will never utilize her services again!
