Buyer beware sent a order to family members funeral and asked for them to confirm the date of service, as it was not definite. They claim they delivered the flowers were delivered when we asked when it was the day after. :)
My friend from Colorado purchased arrangement for me. Just received today and my friend is furious. Total arrangement had 7 flowers. Not premium as ordered. Does not resemble arrangement purchased al all. HORRIBLE!! Top pic what received. Bottom what should look like.
We were so disappointed with our floral arrangements for my late father's wake. We paid for the deluxe version of the casket arrangement and it was nowhere near deluxe. It had maybe twelve roses total, which is the bare minimum. We actually had to take flowers from other arrangements to boost the casket arrangement before the wake began. They also forgot one of our side arrangements with a sash reading "Son-In-Law" so my grandparents were so saddened to not see these alongside the other arrangements. This request was asked and confirmed via email, so someone seems to have dropped the ball. All in all a poor experience.
Trying to deliver flowers to my girlfriend. I made the order on the 2nd of August to be delivered on the 6th of August. Plenty of time for a company that offers same day delivery. The 6th has come and gone with no delivery and no communication on why there has been no delivery. I have called customer service three times now. They are saying i need to wait for a response from their dispatch which can take up to 48 hours. So already a day late and I now have to wait 48h to find out if they will be delivered or not.... same day delivery??? it was an important date and really disappointed they haven't been delivered ir at least let me know so I could cancel and order with another company.
My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday. Flowers were delivered on Tuesday, 9/2. By Friday, one of the two roses had to be thrown away. Today is 9/7 and almost all of the flowers are dead. There has been plenty of water in the vase the whole time, and I’ve changed the water once in this time. I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality of these flowers and the fact that my daughter did NOT get her moneys worth. Flowers from the supermarket last long than this.
