I had an uncomfortable experience at this Stop & Shop where I felt I was racially profiled by an associate named Ivan. The interaction was unnecessary and made me feel singled out as a customer. I hope management addresses situations like this so all shoppers are treated with respect.
Good place for quick shopping trips. I love the self check out points. Store has a variety of goods available. Ample free parking lot available. Produce is fresh and well presented. The deli has a wide range of deli meats and hot food readily available.
The director at this location is a well educated gentleman. Following a complaint. He was prompt and very understanding. We love stop and shop and so proud of their organic additions to the aisles.
Pay more. Check yourself out. Get watched like a thief! When self-checkout first arrived, employees actually helped customers. Now there are double-digit self-checkout lanes and maybe one worker, not assisting, just watching. It feels less like customer service and more like surveillance. On top of that, prices on many items are 30% higher than competitors like Market Basket, so you’re paying more to do the work yourself while being treated like a potential thief. Their slogan used to be “It’s time to Stop & Shop.” New Slogan recommendation: “Stop & Shop, you do it.”
zero stars. every time I got they are out of the thing I went for. Like distilled water. none on the shelf. completely empty. I'll never go to a stop and shot again.
